The success of your start-up doesn't just depend on a solid business plan. Ventures with good management teams and boards are not only more likely to flourish; they're more likely to be funded. So what do investors look for in a management team, and how do these teams morph from stage to stage? And what salaries, equity and benefits will attract (and keep) the best talend? In this Forum, you'll get answers to these questions and more when a venture capitalist, a local start-up-turned-multi-million-dollar company and two corporate attorneys provide insights into why management makes the difference.
